Insurance
J. Rapha Consulting does not take insurance and are considered "out of network."

Here are a few reasons why:
Insurance companies often restrict the type of work a life coach can do, including the number of sessions, the frequency of sessions, as well as methods of support, which is often in the best interest of the insurance company and not the individual.

Billing insurance also requires us to provide a diagnoses, which, as life coaches, we are unable to do. A diagnoses becomes part of your medical record and may have adverse effects on your ability to obtain health, life, or disability insurance, and could even be used against you in court or in future employment opportunities.

We limit our services to private-pay clients and offer packages to significantly reduce the cost of life coaching.
Being aware of the above information, if you would like to submit a request for “out-of-network” coverage to your insurance company, J. Rapha can provide an invoice each month you can submit with your request.
